Organization Specialists, LLC, was formed in 2004
by James V. Spickard, Ph.D., and Sara H. Gibson, M.B.A., M.A.

Jim has taught organizational research at the
university level since 1976, has directed two research partnerships, and has
carried out many consulting projects for clients, particularly in the
non-profit sector. He is an internationally known sociologist.

Sara has an equal amount of experience in the
corporate world, with special expertise in team-building, financial
management, and human resources.
